• 8 Blank DVD-R Discs (Apple brand recommended) 
• Storage: CD-R discs, portable hard drive, or USB flash memory drive
• 6 Mini DV tapes
• 1 Black Sharpie™ Marker (for labeling CDs and DVDs)
• A Portable FireWire Hard Drive is required for the class
  • LaCie Pocket Drive (4200 RPM, bus powered FireWire Drive)
  • LaCie D2 (7200 RPM, AC Powered FireWire)
  • A Mac-formatted iPod is not fast enough to edit DV video, but can be used to back up projects and video files.
